Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, born in Wellington,) is an Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin is a native of Winnipeg, raised in Wellington and made her stage debut in the role of Flora McGrath when she played her role as Flora in The Piano. She won an Academy Award at the age of 11 to be the Best Supporting Actress. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on July 24, 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. The actress played the fierce daughter of Holly Hunter's character on the film The Piano. Paquin had the role of lead in the film Fly Away Home in 1996 and had a minor part as Jane Eyre in the film when she was only a child. Paquin was Frankie Addams from a television film adaptation of Carson McCullers's novels The Member of the Wedding (1997). The actress was a part of the supporting cast in Princess of Spain Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997. She portrayed teenagers on Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000). In addition, she was the character of the teenage groupie Polexia Aphrodisa on Almost Famous (2000).
